For the one negative review I read, that individual must be very unhappy and hopefully when they move to Maui, realize that Mark is awesome and gets things done. I couldn’t recommend Andy Marchello’s real estate guidance and service more highly. As both a licensed attorney and an ex-real estate broker (California), I am a very "difficult sell” and not easily impressed. That said, Andy has qualities that are impossible to ignore. He knows his craft inside-out. He is bright and capable. Most importantly, he is incredibly responsive to client needs. In our transaction we faced a few complex hurdles under time pressure at the last minute. We wrote notes to Andy explaining our issues and requesting guidance. In every case we received well-written responses nearly immediately not just a few words, mind you, but a complete analysis of the situation with recommended approaches backed on solid reasoning.
